欧盟对华钢制轮毂作出反倾销终裁

导读：2020年3月4日，欧盟委员会发布公告，对原产于中国的钢制轮毂（Steel Road Wheels）作出反倾销终裁，决定对涉案产品征收反倾销税，具体税率详见下表。涉案产品欧盟CN（Combined Nomenclature）编码为ex 8708 70 10、ex 8708 70 99和ex 8716 90 90（TARIC编码为870870 10 80、8708 70 10 85、8708 70 99 20、8708 70 99 80、8716 90 90 95和8716 90 90 97）。本案倾销和损害调查期为2018年1月1日~2018年12月31日。损害分析期为2015年1月1日~倾销和损害调查期结束。

　　2020年3月4日，欧盟委员会发布公告，对原产于中国的钢制轮毂（Steel Road Wheels）作出反倾销终裁，决定对涉案产品征收反倾销税，具体税率详见下表。涉案产品欧盟CN（Combined Nomenclature）编码为ex 8708 70 10、ex 8708 70 99和ex 8716 90 90（TARIC编码为870870 10 80、8708 70 10 85、8708 70 99 20、8708 70 99 80、8716 90 90 95和8716 90 90 97）。本案倾销和损害调查期为2018年1月1日~2018年12月31日。损害分析期为2015年1月1日~倾销和损害调查期结束。

　　2019年2月15日，欧盟委员会发布公告称，应欧洲车轮制造商协会（the Association of European Wheel Manufacturers）代表钢制轮毂产量占欧盟内同类产品25%产量的生产商于2019年1月3日提出的申请，对原产于中国的钢制轮毂进行反倾销立案调查。2019年10月10日，欧盟委员会发布公告，对原产于中国的钢制轮毂作出反倾销肯定性初裁。
